Do Relationship Books Help?

I’m not really into many self-help books when it comes to my reading preferences, but after a friend of mine ranted and raved about this relationship book I decided to pick it up. The book is called Why Men Love Bitches and before you jump to any conclusions it’s not talking about your typical mean evil bitch. Instead the bitch in this book has a feeling of confidence, freedom, and empowerment or in other words doesn’t play around when it comes to men.

As someone who hasn’t been in a committed relationship in about 4 years and that’s been dating goofballs on and off this book does have some great tips. The book compares the nice girl to the bitch I would have to say I’m a little of both but lately I’ve been slipping and I’ve been too nice. Here are some tips the book recommends …

1. Always act like you’re the prize.

2. When a woman acts as though she’s capable of everything she’s stuck doing everything.

3. Don’t be emotionally dependent on a ma.

4. He must feel you choose to be with him not that you need to be with him. Only then he will perceive you as an equal partner.

These are just some tips from the book. Some of the of the tips I agree with and some I do not. But do you feel books on relationships help?
